Refund & Exchange Policy
At SCB Couture, we take pride in providing luxury, high-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.
Exchange Eligibility (Our Mistake Only)
Exchanges are only accepted if the incorrect item was sent due to an error on our end.
You may qualify for an exchange if:
- You received the wrong item
- You received the wrong length, texture, or product
- You received the wrong order entirely
To be eligible, you must provide:
- Clear photo/video proof of the item received
- Proof showing the shipping label and packaging
Exchange Requirements
To receive an exchange:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and untouched
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The product must be in the same condition it was received
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the correct item to you.
Exchange Request Timeline
All exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
If you do not contact us within 48 hours, the exchange request will not be approved.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Items that have been installed, brushed, combed, cut, dyed, bleached, or altered
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Items returned without approval
- Items without original packaging
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
SCB Couture is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and approved, please allow 3–7 business days for processing before the replacement item is shipped.
